These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at schoolofprogramming.online and any associated services, educational content, mobile applications, community forums, events, or software tools we provide (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”).

By accessing, registering, or otherwise using any part of our Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use or access our Services. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to students, parents/guardians, instructors, guest contributors, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

If you are under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You are not permitted to access or use our Services if you are legally prohibited from doing so under the laws of your country.

We reserve the right to verify the age and identity of any user and to terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. User Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, including enrollment in courses, community engagement, and progress tracking, you must create a user account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and agree not to share your account with others.

You must notify us immediately at info@schoolofprogramming.online if you suspect unauthorized access or a breach of your account’s security. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Upon registering, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Platform and content solely for your individual educational use. This includes accessing video tutorials, written materials, code samples, quizzes, assignments, forums, live sessions, and downloadable resources.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, translate, publicly display, broadcast, sell, or commercially exploit any portion of the content or software unless we have given you explicit written permission.

5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Some courses, certifications, or services require payment of fees, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of enrollment. All payments must be made in the currency and through the payment methods supported by our Platform.

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. All payment transactions are handled by secure third-party providers and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Refunds may be granted in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is made available on the course enrollment page. Generally, refund eligibility is limited to a specific time period (e.g., 7 or 14 days after enrollment) and may require that no more than a certain percentage of course content has been consumed or completed. No refunds will be issued after certificates of completion have been awarded.
